La Ratcliff is the owner of EssoBiz Consulting, a Small Business Consulting Firm that specializes in working with Minority and Women Business Owners to develop their entrepreneurial success. She is currently the full-time Business Manager and Chief Operations Officer of Big Man Big Dogz as well. La works to develop the progression of the restaurant, ensure that the priority of the business is in order, and maintain an exceptional standard of venue operations. As a lifelong resident of Compton, CA and a long-time associate of the Davis Family, it is of the utmost importance to ensure the success of Big Man Big Dogz LLC.
